Me and my partner order from here on multiple occasions through DoorDash. But every time we have gotten our food the sandwiches are just thrown together and we are always missing items and our food is cold when we get it. This is the worst experience I have ever had with McDonald’s. The whole store needs to be fired and restaffed and trained properly. The pies we got tonight were hard as a rock and ice cold. Like I’ve been in the food industry. Doe so that look like something you’d want to eat. It literally doesn’t even look appetizing being thrown together like this.

Not a fan of the ordering kiosks. Placed my order, waited 10 mins, and started to leave but ordering was not filled the first time completely. A second Medium Fry was missing. Staff promptly corrected the mistake, no questions asked and I left the restaurant. The fries were not very hot, warm at best, and not crispy enough.

I've been parked every time. They have had to park so many people that they didn't have any spaces. The workers are rude. Literally skipped me when it was clearly my turn to order. Seriously the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a fast food chain. I'm done. I'm absolutely done with this place. I'd much rather eat food off of McGalliard.

Wait from 120am to 151am just to give mobile order code with only 4 cars in front at the drive through. Didn't get food til after 2am small order placed 10 mins before arrival
