I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered McDonald’s through Uber Eats, and after receiving cold, old food, I contacted the restaurant. I was told that the Uber Eats driver was over 20 minutes late picking up my order, yet McDonald’s still handed the food over knowing it had been sitting there and was no longer fresh. When my order arrived, the food was cold, stale, and clearly not freshly made. I called the restaurant, explained the situation, and was told they would remake my order the following day. I went through drive thru mostly for the crispy Diet coke. From the order process to the cashier, I had the best experience with the friendliest employee! She had so much joy in her voice and her smile was the best greeting!

This place has awful management. They force non English speaking workers to take orders who mess up the orders regardless. I had to correct myself so many times and she still got the order wrong. Whose fault is that? Not hers. Management's for putting her there.

Horrible experience at this McDonald’s! We visited on 2-21-2026. Two items from the order were missing and instead of apology from the manager, he gave us an attitude and thought that we were lying. Then the employee came by and started pressing us about the item that they thought we got for free but actually was part of the order that we paid for. The ordering kiosks don’t give our receipts, so we had to pull an app and show proof of the order that way. Otherwise they didn’t believe us. This is the worst McDonald’s with the worst customer service so far. No apology from the manager Juan F. o
