Came through for a mobile order asked for my fries fresh and a chicken stacker. No one in line and my food is cold as heck. I used to manage Cason lane this is ridiculous. Fries old and nasty and my wrap ain’t got nobody heat… that’s a violation I hope yall ain’t got core soon.

As of 7 pm, a day before the supposed winter storm, I’d entered the drive through for 2 Cantina and nachos, just as we left both quesadillas were not properly and poorly cooked with the cheese still cold with the only thing drippy not the cheese but the sauce, the sauce being the only thing hot, please do better on the cooking the quesadillas, though it’s quick service which is great still unacceptable that I have to do the work at home, Great service Anjelique

This place has managed to mess up my order 4 times in a row (over a few months). I keep saying I won't go back, and I'm finally at the point where that will be a realty. Absolutely incompetent staff.
