Pretty Simple… Person 2 Without Pickles get home to find this no mayo? When I asked twice since it was such a hard order? Highly don’t recommend an it’s not even the ( 15yr ) old running drive thru solo it’s the ( Cooks ) but he should have double checked simple.

Even single time we eat here the chicken is either cold , hard or we are missing half our order...... and let's not even bring up when you have to bring the food back and you receive a nasty attitude like how dare you bring back our nasty hard food ! Geez my wife ordered me a chicken bowl because it sounded good and guess what not a single piece of chicken in this darn bowl please explain to me how hard is it to make food right please do better kfc and this apple location is a absolute joke .... then after taking the chicken bowl back because again no chicken we have to wait almost 15 minutes

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I stopped at this KFC yesterday and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The young man at the register, Ernest, was absolutely outstanding. I ordered a 12‑piece family meal and he was “yes ma’am”-ing me, extra polite, and somehow managing to take care of other patrons at the same time—letting everyone know he’d be right with them without missing a beat.
