We have stopped at this Arby's multiple times in the years we drove from Texas to Kansas City to see family. For this visit, we were attending a good friend's daughter's wedding. As always, I instinctively look at that Arby's to see what deals they have posted. And, they didn't disappoint. We didn't have time to stop before the wedding and they were likely closed when we got back to the hotel. We had a leisure morning (the next day) at the hotel and packed up. Everything i have ate at Arbys. I have no complaints. Yes they are pricy. I always catch the deals and specials. I like the 4 for 10 deal. Just trying the 7.99 box meal. Will report later about it.

Holy hell don’t go here sad sat at drive through 5 min had to ask the sign if anyone was there ordered chicken sandwich a turkey bacon sandwich 2 beef n cheddar 2 cheese sauces a coke and a sweet tea large I get home looks like my sandwich was made at a soup kitchen wife’s chicken was bad my large fries half full wow come on then I call lady claiming be manager just sits silent oh hold your receipt and we can refund or redo food well I came there to eat then spent 28$ on garbage they serve better food in prison ! While driving back home to MI we were stopping to rest for the night and decided to grab our food before we got to the hotel. Proceeded to pull up to order and this extremely unfriendly voice came over the speaker, very gruff, short, rude. Both my husband and myself ordered beef and cheddar (double) meal and add lettuce and tomato, i took off the red ranch and added red onion to mine. There was no onion when bit into mine and neither had the red ranch. The sandwiches were some of the messes that I've ever gotten from Arbys. We were never asked what kind of fries we wanted. Would not recommend
