They gave me a Coke instead of Dr.pepper and forgot my mocha frappe and when I tried to call them all it gave me was a busy signal 6 times and hung up each time! Why spend my money there if they just mess up and not even correct it? Mind you the food was cold too! And no straw!!!!! Very very upset.

So i went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 mcchickens and a large Dr pepper and one of my mcchickens didnt even have a patty just bun lettuce and mayo

ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN. why hello fellow customer here, i have made an appearance at my local mcdonalds for a quick bite to eat with my kids. everytime i seem to go customer service is literally the quite most the worst thing i think ive ever seen. not to add when i was trying to take my son to the bathroom during our meal, him and i were trying to walk into the bathroom but there were two of mcdonald’s ASSOCIATES fighting in the bathroom, holding the door shut. i went up to the front counter to speak to a manager and it turns out the manager is the one

Took about 15-20 minutes to get someone to come take my order at front counter, Was told I could get the basket of fries under the deal any size fry for 1.38 and I was charged full price, the basket of fries was not full and was soggy with no salt,they did not offered condiments and when I tried to get the attention of any employee I was blatantly ignored to the point I had to go through drive thru to get my condiments. Definitely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, If I could leave negative stars I would.
