So, I went to pick up my order today and noticed the restroom door was locked by keypad code. I was like, "Why do customers need a code to use the bathroom?" After I finally got the code from the cashier, and asking that question, the female cook totally yelled to the staff, "that customer is crazy." That comment was bold, super rude, and really bummed me out. When I talked to the manager, Autumn, about it, she didn't even apologize or try to fix things, and she was really dismissive. Shake Shack Suburban Square location has very good fast paced staff members that provide the food in a reasonable time. 😁 Door Review: It's funny that some days I could go through their side doors and some other days the side door is locked. I came back another day and all the doors were locked besides the left front door. I guess the business is trying to save on door ware n tear.

I got the toast s'mores shake, smokehouse BBQ burger & Mac and cheese. The shake was delicious and loved the chocolate pieces and graham cracker crumbs on top. Burger was bigger than the bun but it was hot and delicious! I was so full that I decided to save the Mac and cheese for later. Food was great! The girl at the counter was kind. Place on the inside was kinda dirty, # plates were everywhere, and the touch screen computers were kinda slow and touchscreen doesn't work the best.
