This is the 3rd time this has happened to me but I’m only now upset enough to leave a review . Everytime I get a burrito with black beans instead of the beef , i still get the beef ! When I go inside and use the kiosk myself it all works out fine but the drive thru is horrible . The person acknowledges my order and reads it back to me but it’s wrong, everytime . Alls I ask is if you could please only let the employees who know how to listen and put the orders in correctly to run the drive thru. It sucks getting your food when you’re home and not being able to eat it . Maybe I should check it

Taco bell is pretty good, this location is no exception. Food is good, prices are fine, and the interior was recently renovated (as of writing this). Wait times and staffing are inconsistent, yes, but I can deal with it. Overall, 7/10.

The food is good when they give you what you ask for. Countless times I’ve gone here and the person on the mic cannot get my order right. It ruins the entire meal and experience considering I have to dissect my meal to get it the way I want it. I put in more work taking the ingredients off of it than the people that put the ingredients on it. If you go here make sure you tell them twenty times what you want and then double check at the window, then double check in the car because it still won’t be right. Never a problem here. Always long wait times but, no problem. Other than the girl in drive through with pink hair on May 12, 2026 at 9pm. Respectfully, she acted like I’m the one that made her put in an application. All I ordered was a Baja blast drink. Then got to the window and was pretty rude & had a little attitude when I asked to add on a Baja freeze. Mind you all I ordered in the first place was a drink.
