Ordered breakfast through Uber eats. My caramel iced coffee came a quarter of the way empty due to no security in the cup holder in the bag. I also pay extra for chocolate and caramel drizzle in the cup. ON TOP OF the required amount of flavoring in the coffee. It’s the most bitter thing I’ve ever tasted and there’s a tiny drop of chocolate drizzle at the bottom and no sign of caramel whatsoever, even the syrup. It only took about 10 minutes to get here so I know it’s not all mixed in. And it wouldn’t be this nasty if it was. The food itself was hot and okay and that’s the only reason I’ve giv

I know this is a McDonald’s and the standards aren’t exceptionally high, however, no matter what I do, every time I place a mobile order beforehand my food is being prepared for ten minutes after I arrive there. I understand the employees don’t have any control over the system and its processes from McDonald’s corporate however they don’t even acknowledge you for a good 5 to 10 minutes after you get there. Besides that, you get containers of fries that aren’t even half full or cold food…

I was using the drive thru. We got routed into the overflow parking. The employees never came out, the two cars in front of us both had to go in to get their orders, and after 30 minutes of waiting my passenger went in to get our order. After getting home, I discovered one of my burgers was cold to the touch, and the other was only slightly warm.
