I know it's fast food but there's still a standard. No meat on a big mac? Ice coffee that tastes day old and like dust? A cheeseburger thats been under the heat lamp so long it's almost a rock? This place deserves less than 3 stars.

The young lady that helped us was so polite and very attention even more than her job duties required. I had my 4 grandbabies with me and well as my special needs son and niece and she made sure we were good. I appreciate her attention and hope she knows how well her care was received. I wish I knew her name in order to let her boss know but I don't. I also want to note that my granddaughter spilled her fries and she came to clean it up but we already had gotten them up.

Went thru dt for 2 mcdoubles. Paid got to pick up window was asked to pull up. After 10 minutes went inside asked is my food ready, employee goes to look another working and texting on her phone. Girl comes back says nothing manager right there told another to get my mcdoubles I then ask are they cold and in a harsh tone she said no. I said I'm going to check no apologies or nothing. Manager walks away. So you know i spent 37yrs with mcdonalds and now I know why there struggling
