I’ve enjoyed the breakfast takeouts I’ve gotten at Zoi’s whenever I’m in town. This weekend I had some time to stop inside and try their sandwiches. The Fresh Mozzarella (#4) wrap I ordered had crisp lettuce and tomatoes and plenty of fresh mozzarella as promised. The artichoke hearts added a nice sour zing to every bite. It came with a small cup of potato salad that was so good I was tempted to order more. I also tried the Chicken Cutlet, Provolone & Pepperoni (#16) sandwich that my companion ordered. I know Zoi's does not need my review, but here it is: Bar far the best lunch spot I have been to in any city in the past 10+ years. Food selection is abundant, service is prompt, efficient, extremely courteous and most of all the food quality is exceptional and a great value in a world where everything costs too much. I would drive 20-30 minutes without question, just to get lunch when I get back into New Haven, CT. Thank you for a great meal.

The best Cobb Salad in Downtown New Haven! #10 Sandwich is Amazing! I have gone about 5 times and today they got the bread wrong. They are busy and we all make mistakes but how we deal with our mistakes defines us. I called and talked to a nice lady who sounded like she was actually sad that my order was wrong and offered to have me talk to the manager without me asking.
