This Mcdonalds need more trained staff. I stop to oreder here cause they seem not busy but i guess i was wrong. I order a Grinch happy meal for the box as my child was excited to get the box. The pictures speak for itself. No box and no fries. Not coming back again. Also the frappe was a dissappointment

I just had the most unpleasant visit to this McDonald’s location. This location has many many many problems that haven’t been addressed probably my last time ever in life going to this location. The drive-through girl at the second one attitude was so nasty only because she got the wrong size cup for my unsweetened tea. I didn’t make a big deal about it. I didn’t raise my voice at all I said like I’m sorry that’s the wrong cup. I said I paid for a large. She slammed the window in my face as she grabbed another employee telling them what was going on her hand movement. Her face gesture was so

Waited for 20 min for drive thru order, didn’t receive food, and in app it was completed, than pul up second time to ask where is my food, after that I get what’s in picture They get 1, only because there is no option to put 0

By far the slowest McDonald's ever... and customer service is crap. Waited 25 minutes of my 30 minute lunch break for and online order, just to get the order cold and incorrect. I just paid McDonald's $21 for food that went straight in the garbage. This McDonald's needs new management and new staff.
