Betsy Lynn★★I ordered a large fry and asked if they would please make them fresh. The employee over the drive-thru said they are fresh and always are. I don’t agree, but okay. When I got to the second window, the employee was a super-friendly young lady. I got my food and left. (My mistake for not checking it.) I reached into the bag, and the fries were cold and tasted disgusting! I wanted to take them straight back for fresh fries like I’d requested, but I had to be somewhere. Do they even sell a large French fry anymore or is it just a medium fry in a large container? When did the quality of McDonald’s
Julie Watson★ABSOLUTELY disgusting!!! Placed a mobile order, got up to the RIGHT location, pick up was for COUNTER, got up there to my surprise it wasn't there and they didn't have it....... Wrong it was there, had screenshots of the payment also from the app itself. Waited up there for 20 mins!!! Y'all had a "manager" who knew ZERO about how to do her job. Do y'all not drug screen y'all's managers?? This hasn't happened once, not twice not 3 times try 7!! Watch y'all's cameras!! Morning, afternoon and night crew have absolutely ZERO customer service. They worry more about drive thru then dining room. Y'al
