If there was 0 stars I would put it, this location takes wayyyyy too long for whatever reason. Even when it’s dead it takes so long for absolutely NO reason whatsoever. I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way to Lindenhurst for faster drive through service. Not sure what the staff is doing wrong at this specific location but it’s terrible. Orders are wrong 1/2 the time and it takes atleast 30 minutes to an hour to get through the drive through. Absolutely insane for “fast” food. Taco Bell I love you, but do better. Ordered at 12:03 and got to drive through window at 1:30, this is ridicul

This Taco bell, it is amazing mostly because of the service we received from Gina. She is very outgoing, kind, helpful and professional. In short, Gina is an awesome ambassador for the Taco Bell brand. The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The food was served hot and the portions were not skimpy as I found them to be in other Taco Bells.

Given aone star is even too much for this facility. Went there where my family first it took them 15 minutes to take the cash then 30 minutes to get the food. Said something to lady behind counter and she said we're busy have a goodnight. Food was ice cold.when I asked the lady her name she said she dont have to give it and wont give cooperation number. There was food all over behind counter . Saw employee pick up food from floor and still cooked it .enclosed is a picture of employee tgat wont give name this is unacceptable to run a business like this

Food is usually good but today I found a wad of green hairs in my crunchwrap! Disgusting! Wasnt sure if it was hairs or plastic since it was green but im pretty sure theyre required to wear hairnets and my potato beefy griller the potatoes were hard as rocks! either way its last time im going there
