I really have to hand it to the night/overnight staff here. For a fast food establishment, these workers sure have a great attitude and especially so late at night. Im always thanked for my business and always have speedy service once i get to the window even if there is a line at the drive through (which cant be helped as its the only 24 mcd's that im aware of in the immediate vicinity) they do a great job and i always feel like i'm valued

Well, I must say I stopped by this particular McDonald’s this morning before coming to work to get me some breakfast. I got the biscuit egg and cheese biscuit meal with a large coffee I left there went straight to work with my meal as soon as I got to work, my stomach start turning I’ve been running back-and-forth to the bathroom since I got the mail that was early this morning. I believe between the hours are 7:45 AM. I stopped there on the location on sunrise Highway to get some breakfast and my stomach has been giving me the runs since I got to work. I placed an order around 11:20pm 2/21 for just a milkshake, first time ordering at this location. My partner went to pick it up on his way home, and at the drive-thru he assistance greeted by an robot that was not understanding the order number and the women at the window said they could not help him. I changed the order for counter pickup and he went inside to find a huge crowd of people and no one receiving assistance. He left without my drink and I lost $5. I expect a refund and conversation with the manager.

I like this McDonald’s location it gets busy but they never get my order wrong and staff is always nice and friendly. They do not have a play area for kids though but it is located across the street from the park so that is a plus and this location also has a bike rack and outdoor seating.
