I ordered a garlic double cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, and mayonnaise. The lady asked me over the microphone. Do you want ketchup? I said no I don’t like ketchup. I get back to the house sit down. Take a bite of my sandwich and bite into a big mouthful of ketchup and mayonnaise. I asked for mayonnaise, but they went overboard with the mayonnaise. All I could taste is ketchup and mayonnaise on the sandwich, disgusting, so I take it. So I tell the lady at the window to read me the receipt. She read what it says, I opened up the box and say so could you please explain to

I liked this burger better than Culver’s! Friendly people at the drive through, and it was made quickly as well, and super fresh. I’d choose coming over here more than any other burger fast food place. They’re all going to be a little spendy but the fries and burgers are unique to me. Not overly salty, or saucy just the right amount of everything and the bun wasn’t old or hard but soft and fluffy. I like how small the fries are too!

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a steak n shake. Your kiosk printed my receipt but apparently I needed to pay .03 more cents. Instead of apologizing and trying to fix the problem I was yelled at and told it wasn't there fault. I should have read the fine print and known that I needed to pay .03 more cents before their system would process my order. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Please do better.

I haven’t visited the University location for a couple years since I had a few bad experiences with the service, quality of food and cleanliness. I have to say that after stopping in recently on 2 separate occasions I was greeted with friendly people, had great tasting fresh food, and very fast service at the drive thru. The fries, steak burgers and chili were very tasty!
