Great experience from start to finish. I heard about the BOGO burger promotion running March 9–12, so I downloaded the app and placed my order while still outside the restaurant. By the time I walked in, they already had the order and had started preparing it. I grabbed my cups, sat down, and within nine minutes my food was ready. The staff was pleasant, the tables were clean, and everything moved quickly and smoothly. And the fries… absolutely fantastic. Hot, fresh, and generous portions. Hard to say no to fries like that. I’ll definitely be back.

Staff used to be welcoming and the food was always made to perfection. Recently within the last 3 months- Something is always wrong with our order, fries missing, getting the toppings wrong on the burger orders, and most recently- a terrible Customer Service experience with the store “running out of milkshakes”. Staff is now ran by all High School students that do not want to work. They couldn’t care less about making food let alone maintaining a good rapport with customers.

I hate writing this. I used to work for five guys for years, and definitely know what to look for in terms of quality control of food. I've never had an issue with the burgers or toppings. That would get 5 stars. However, it's the fries. Morning shift has never had an issue, this is specifically with 2nd shift, and one man. Management was kind enough to remake the fries after I showed them they were under done. I continued to watch this employee serve customers under done fries. Worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to. Took 40 min to get our 2 burgers and 2 fries and it wasn’t that busy. The burgers were ok minus toppings being on the burgers we didn’t ask for. The fries were absolutely disgusting. They were mushy and soaked in oil. We could not even pick one up without it falling apart. Waste of 40 bucks.
