I recently visited Panera Bread and had a lovely experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the cashier was especially friendly and welcoming.The employees were kind and hardworking, and it was clear the manager treats her staff with respect and puts them first. The restaurant was very clean, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. Great food, wonderful service, and a terrific environment I will definitely be back. I came in for lunch after doing some shopping and it was nice. We ordered on the tablet and then picked our food up from the counter. The food was all good and a nice portion. The inside could use some work it was kinda ratty and there was no music playing. Staff was okay, they were mostly in the back so we didn't have much interaction. They have a drive through which is nice if you want to get food to go.

What kind of place is this to mistreat hard working reliable employees. I don't know why Panera Managers are abuse their employees. I will not return especially after seeing an employee come out of the bathroom with a plunger. I guess Panera is too Poor to not Hire in house maintenance personal they have their food handling employees handle that.
