I'm not normally the type to complain to this degree. I understand, it's taco bell, it's 11:15pm. You expect a certain... Caliber of service. But OVER AN HOUR to be served, in a drive-through is just absolutely unreal. Especially with not so much as a SMALL apology for the ridiculous wait. I don't know who was on staff, but Janitor duty may be more their speed.

Food is good, employees are nice, but I waited fifteen minutes for two items. It was 9 am, any place that even has coffee as an option shouldn’t run out at that time. The lady informed me that they did not have creamer, when I said “that’s okay, can I just get the coffee?” She then claimed they were out of coffee. Why not say that then, didn’t seem honest at all, why not tell me right after I ordered?

Drive thru operators deliberately delay service. If your looking for fast food look elsewhere. Don't get stuck in line here. After 45 minutes the drive thru operator will treat you like you're a bother.

do not ever doordash from this location. every time it takes an hour minimum and i end up having 4 different dashers cancel. and if and when u do get the food items is missing and sauce packets are nonexistent. management y’all need to do better fr bc this unacceptable every time it’s an issue w yall stg. n learn how to answer y’all’s phones too smh🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
