If you’re trying to do an order pick up, you better set aside at least an hour to sit and wait in your car because they do not give a crap even though they make you pick a scheduled time. The parking lot is always a madhouse with carts all over, they don’t plow well in the winter, and customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the headache and go across the street to target- never had a problem with order pick up there.

Cicero, NY location is my favorite location but if I feel that the security guard is watching me again I will have to go to another location. I know it’s not in my head because I’m literally looking at him and this is the second time/same person. I purposely let the manager help me ring my items up. I also had to tell the lady at the door no to checking my receipt because a manager rung my items up. This is not a coincidence. But overall I can always find the products I need.

I couldn't believe what transpired tonight at this location with the manager Katie! We shopped separately trying to hide gifts from each other. We all checked out and my daughters transaction went left. On my daughters end, the money was taken from her account and she showed it to the cashier. But on the cashier's end, it said it wasn't paid for. The cashier didn't know what to do so she called the manager Katie over. Instead of figuring out the problem, she escalated the situation and accused my daughter for not having the money to begin with, told them they needed to leave and ended it with

Hayden and Ryan in electronics are awesome!! Super knowledgeable about their job and they took care of me fast. Steven in fishing is a great employee as well I've bought hundreds of lures from him. These three need raises!! Not a suggestion lol.
