Stopped here while on vacation and ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese meal. The manager handed me my food, but when I opened the burger, it was only a single Whopper. I was pretty surprised that something as basic as the main item in the order was wrong, especially since it was handed to me directly by the manager. To make things worse, the fries weren’t very good either—they tasted old and weren’t fresh. Mistakes happen, but this feels like the kind of error that probably happens more often than it should. Overall, a disappointing experience and not what I expected.

The worst BK with the worst service and attitude and the food is not good either. Sandwiches were smashed and cold and the skinny white older woman in the drive thru was nasty and gives me a hard time every time I've been there. I ordered off the app and she tried to act like she didn't know it was paid for and tried to charge me again. I don't know what's wrong with her but she has no place in customer service. On my way home today I saw an ad. for the new Brisket Whopper. Something made me turn around and head straight for this BK. Ordered on the App which is always the way to go. Line of one person before me took FOREVER. I tried to get out of line but the car behind me was too close. After I received my order I gave the Brisket Whopper a good once over. May not be the most pathetic sight ever, but close. To me it looked like someone opened an expired can of Dinty Moore Stew, dug out some gravy and one shred of beef, then wiped it on my burger with a piece of used toilet paper. I had to wip

I have only been here a couple times and it has always been excellent. Sometimes very busy. But the food was delicious and the manager very kind. She gave me a cookie and some onion rings for free because I was waiting for a while. Not often I am charmed by a fast food place.
