Ordered from the app showed the payment on my banking app, the app glitches sometimes she told me, and somehow that’s my fault, the guy barista tried giving me a coffee the lady insisted I pay again. So $10 for a drip coffee. Horrible customer experience. I Won’t be back in this Peet’s store.

It’s really comforting that this company doesn’t care about their employees to the point where the store wasn’t even open at 5:30. Was waiting for 10 plus minutes for the story to open and no one was there. Don’t hire people who don’t want to work
