I ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito only to get a burrito that didn’t have the three cheese blend on the outside and it wasn’t all that grilled either. I asked for easy chicken and they stuffed it full with mainly chicken and it wasn’t even chicken. It was cantina chicken, this has happened the past 3 times I’ve ordered from this location. also ordered a large nacho fry and a regular nacho fry, but they only filled the large one up to the same size as the regular one. And there’s always some sorta peppers in it.

Went through the drive thru the other day, no one else in line and hardly any cars in the parking lot, yet somehow still waited for soo long. Just to get all the way home and see that my Crunchwrap was missing, my other taco I ordered had paper/ plastic melted into the cheese. Fries were halfway full, and it was very obvious they were old and refried.. 5 layer burrito had no beef in it.. Almost everything was cold. Service is never friendly. Something is messed up every single time we come here, will drive out to the Lake St. Louis location from now on!!

Came by after work around midnight to get some food, this was one of the few places still open and they were open for another hour. I ordered a chalupa supreme combo and there was one greasy looking dude running the store, he made my food in under 30 seconds which was impressive but when I went to eat it I found the chalupas hard as a rock and the taco completely fallen apart ... Could not eat any of it and it completely ruined my night. I get that he was short staffed and it was late, but I was the only one in the drive through and in no rush... This is a joke and that guy should be fired. He

this fast food restaurant is the worst i’ve ever visited. they will constantly without doubt mess up your half your order & not care. the staff working the line are working as if their under illegal substances. the employee we communicated that our order was wrong could barely keep his eyes open & told us he knew the order was wrong. this has been numerous occasions this restaurant has done this completely missing up the order & not giving items that we ordered. the trainer/manager is a joke & needs to do better this is unbelievable! slow down & make it right the first time!! it would probably
