There is a wonderful manager at this location who is exceptional. He is professional, concerned, responsive and deliberately filled with a unique customer service attitude. He cares and wants the customers to be satisfied when they shop at Jewel. At his age, it’s amazing that he has mastered the art of exceeding the expectation of excellence. This is my go to grocery store for my every day eats to those special holiday prep 😋 meals. They have you covered with fresh produce, great variety and always fully stocked. I like the easy access to parking, and friendly staff.

The overall store is pretty good. I would say the staff in the deli department has the best energy, very welcoming and pleasant. However, the floral department sucks. The lady in the Floral department sucks. She has a bad attitude. She’s always acting like she doesn’t wanna be bothered.. the flowers and roses are never look fresh even the ones that are refrigerated. I personally think they should take the floral department out and put a smoothie bar or Starbucks or something that little corner is a waste.

Had a pick up and go order: which clearly means you go drive up they load it and you leave. I had just went there for a pick up and go order. And the kid who was working brought my carts out and said you can leave the carts there and I will get them when you’re done. They made me load my own order. Like what?!?! I’m in disbelief.
