The guy working there was really nice, and the food was good, but management REALLY needs to staff more than one person. He was moving as fast as he could, but I showed up at the pickup time, and they had not even started my sub yet because the poor guy was just so overwhelmed with orders, and I then had to wait another 15 minutes for my sub. As I said, the employee was lovely, but they're absolutely needed to be more than one employee.

I had a really disappointing experience. There was a woman sitting behind the counter eating over the food area, which is honestly very unsanitary and unprofessional. When I went to order, the employee helping me said he didn’t know how to make the wrap I wanted and told me it wasn’t customizable—even though the menu clearly states you can add items like avocado for an extra charge. It felt like he simply didn’t want to make the food. Both employees came across as rude and uninterested in helping. In my opinion, if someone doesn’t know how to prepare the menu items or isn’t willing to do so,

They still had over 45 mins left til close and the guy was so rude. We walked in on him moping. So he wasn't happy about that. And not happy at all the fact that we Evan came in. He was rude and had attitude, I asked for it toasted he rolled his eyes at me. My friend and I was going to eat it there but we felt so out of place. He couldn't wait to get us out of there so he could close up... But the food was good but it could had been so much better.

My Girlfriend I went to Subway on the Oak Ridge Turnpike last week, I was hurry for a Steak & Cheese on Wheat. So she took me to the Drive through, my Girlfriend said it looks like they change how you order at the Drive-through. The Menu is now an interactive touchscreen that did not work for us at all. So we pulled up to the Window and at first it was just to inform them that the touchscreen was not working. The girl who came to the Window asked us what we wanted in a rude manner. My Girlfriend explained that she double tapped the touchscreen and tried to access the menu to make an order. The
