This is the second and last time I’ve ordered from this location. Both times, the order was incorrect and the extra toppings I paid for were barely added. I paid $11 for a burrito that was supposed to be fully loaded, but it arrived flat with barely anything in it. You can judge for yourselves:

Walked in after placing an ONLINE order, you think they would have an online order that was placed 15 minutes before arriving done but I get there just to be flat out ignored by 2 girls in the back, finally after 15 minutes with no one but me in the lobby and right at the desk, I said something and then she finally decided to pay attention, just to tell me “she doesn’t know when it will be ready” 0/5 stars better employees need to be hired, current employs suck. Only on who helped me, and prioritized my food and was kind was a man with long hair, and an eyebrow piercing he was awesome

False advertisement and always give you less of a Of burritos than what it looks like in the photo false advertisement they never follow what corporate tells them to do and it’s sloppy my burrito has no cheese on it like the picture says and it is 10 times smaller. I’ve had this happen to me before and they corrected the situation in giving me a credit to apply and they’ve done it again. They do not know how to prepare their items correctly apparently to what the ingredients are and give you the smallest tortillas ever to make the stuff and it’s false advertisement. I’ve been to other location

I paid in cash for my order & instead of getting pennies back which would of been 3pennies.The cashier woman said,they don't honor the 5cent rule sense they don't deal with pennies. & I googled it & showed her it's the policy & she said No.(Horrible customer service, arguing with customers & not giving them there change theft.)& then in Ogden as well, I eat @ diffrent taco bell & I ordered my regular order & guess what taco bell, dose deal with pennies.
