For how much fast food costs, and fast food workers gets paid, it wasn't fresh. Everything including the fries was lukewarm or stale on the day and time when I had gotten mine. It amazes me how much they get paid an hour but the food tasted stale including the fries.

Genuinely the worst McDonalds in all of Bakersfield. The customer service is nonexistent, the food is always freezing and wrong, it’s insanely dirty. There’s cockroaches in their restrooms. I will never ever ever come back here again.

Ordered food for curbside , waited 25 minutes to get my food with kids in the car . No one was in drive through no one in the building . My wife went in and said line was empty . Zero drive from staff to get food out . When we got the food finally all they said was sorry about that non caring. This is not the first second or third time this has happened , I used to be a manager in another location we would never do this to guests . When the food came it Luke warm fries unsalted . What’s going on with this location????

Placed a mobile order today at this location. Upon recieving my food I was very disappointed. I order a Big Mac Combo & 20pc Nugget. When I opened my my BigMac box the burger was loaded with lettuce and sauce making the burger soggy , the fries were not fresh rather they looked and felt like the needed a bluechew & my Mcnuggets tasted & felt like they had been sitting away from the heat lamp. The only good thing about the order was the drink was cold enough. I would not recommend this location.
