I've been a Juan Pollo fan for many years and seems to have lost its quality and customer service. I asked to have my chicken cut into 8 pieces (leg, wings, breast, and thighs) because they always cut into quarters. The kid cutting the chicken told me he would handle it. Well he lied. I should have checked it before leaving, but I didnt want to return it and have the kid spit on my food. I'm definitely not returning to this location ever.

The chicken was great, we ordered Horchata which was not good at all. They had this greasy texture and were grainy. Too bad we tried it until we left the place. The place is clean on the outside. Inside the kitchen was a little messy. The cashier was really nice and polite, compared to the people handling your food. They looked stressed out and not in a good mood. Overall it was okay.

I called early to set an order, girl took it and said see you soon, I get there about 30+ min early and they lock the doors as im walking up and give me the nope sign I tried asking what about the food I ordered and got a shrug. Why you taking orders and then closing early

The driest chicken I've ever had. flavorless food with terrible service. Do not waster ur time or money. It's almost comical how over cooked my chicken is.
