I came here when if first opeaned the food wasnt very good.i gave them a second chance during the lemon festival 🫠 the food is terrible the potato salad was watery it needed salt and pepper and was room temp 🤮🤢 not good at all. the tacos were thin and scrawny.im used to going to the juan pollo in chino on philadelphia it is delicious!!! Tacos always stuffed best chicken and sides.this place sucks.shouldnt it taste the same at every location 🤓🧐 please send chino staff to train these ppl 🤣

Well I love Juan Pollo. But a week ago my husband went to pick up some food for us he said the cashier at as rude and was rushing him he ask about the family special and she was already ringing it. I'm saying this because she made him feel like if she was racist I'm Mexican and his African American I I do understand my husband I usually go with him but we had company at our home. CUSTOMER SERVICE is very very important.

Potato salad was sour, order a pink lemonade and they needed to replace it, got my food and had to wait for 10 minutes and remind them about 2 times as they forgot about it. The staff spends more time chit chatting than working.
