Since I was a little kid back in the 80s, it's my favorite thing to get from zips. I have a system, I get a large ice cream root beer shake and a side of root beer. And as I eat the shake, I add root beer, so like it's a root beer float. Today I really wanted to treat myself so I ordered a root beer ice cream shake with a small root beer. After waiting in drive through for 22 minutes, my root beer, ice cream shake was just liquid and my root beer had no carbon and was watered down. We stop here for the fish and fries that were on special. I will say they were the best fish and fries I have had in 20 years. Service was great, we went through the drive through and the customer service was a10 just like the food. If you have not been there, you have to try it.

Dude.. standing in the lobby already have seen 5 drive thru orders placed and filled as I wait on 2 burgers and a chicken basket. I was skipped over in the lobby for about 10 minutes while these orders were taken, and now my food is sitting on the back counter waiting to come out and has been sitting for nearly 15 minutes at this point while you ignored what's been completed and tend to the rest of the now filled lobby. Won't be returning here, and if you go inside expect at least 30 minutes, regardless of being the only customer in the store before any other customers had pulled up or walked

Absolutely the WORST burger and fries for nearly $20. Burger patties were barely big enough for a slider and they were cold and burnt. The little thing of fries was only half full. Also waited nearly 30 minutes. Disgusting… don’t even bother to go. Save your money
