This customer service is one of the worst I ever seen. I have encountered rude, disrespectful and manipulative people but never like this. At around 12:20 I bought a pizza and they said it would take 10 minutes. At 12:40 I went in the store and the screen said my pizza was ready. I asked the girl who was making the pizzas if my pizza was ready because the screen said it was ready. She mumbled 7 minutes. I asked her to give my money back. He coworker yelled at her to give me back my money because she was being rude and disrespectful to me. I asked her if that was my pizza and she said no.

For me it’s usually less about mistakes made and more about what happens after the mistakes. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and tomatoes. When I got my order I was so bummed to see that there was hardly any sauce or tomatoes. It took awhile to track down my order, but I spoke with the manager, Sam, who was apologetic and gave me a refund which means I will order from them again :)

Ordered a huge order and our wings were missing. I called the store and the manager handled it immediately. No questions, no hassle. They were super cool about it and quickly brought us fresh, hot wings. We love a problem-resolution-based team. Great customer service.

Bought a pizza here, waited over 25 minutes and the girl didn’t even make the pizza the screen said that the pizza was ready. She yelled that I needed to wait 7 minutes . I told her that I needed my money back and I saw a pizza out of the oven just like mine and I told her that was my pizza. She yelled and said that wasn’t my pizza and that she canceled my order and to get out of the store. She was the one who was yelling and being so unkind😪 and disrespectful and was accusing me of doing that how manipulative. That girl needs help, she had the worst attitude, so sad.
