This is a cool little store that I had no idea existed. We came here specifically for the food because of my wife is looking for gluten-free dairy-free healthy options. The food was good! It wasn't amazing but it hit the spot, especially when you're looking for a healthy option. I didn't have enough time to browse the store, but I guarantee I'll be back!

I got the spicy avocado burger and the garlic and herb fries. They were gorgeously plated and absolutely delicious!! I was worried about the spice of the burger so I asked the cashier and he said “we are in Utah so..” 😂😂 but honestly, it was the perfect description. I don’t love super spicy and the burger was amazing. 10/10!! The restaurant was also designed so beautifully and kept really clean. Loved the atmosphere.

Waited 40 minutes only to find out our order was given to the wrong table. They were then out of quinoa and offered a refund to my wife, not helpful after that long of a wait. The spicy avocado burger came out with a completely rotten avocado, tasted like mold. Definitely going to cubby's next time.
