I came in today and i ordered a large matcha latte with vanilla and light ice, they first charged me for the less ice and i didn’t mind at all because they always do. But my drink came out looking like that which is so milky and i have asked why theres not enough matcha and a guy named Nick said very ruddy u asked for less ice and i said this is not my first time ordering it the same way and it never looked like that it always have more matcha. and he kept arguing with me as another women worker witnessed it and asked him twice to either add extra matcha or re make it and he kept saying we wil

I went to this Dunkin, worst Dunkin ever. The place smelled bad. The lady Laila had a bad attitude. I ordered a light iced latte she filled the whole thing with ice, I asked them to re make it she took it with a big attitude and filled it with some milk to the top right infront of me and and said here. When we asked her how many coffees we had she’s like I don’t know you guys told me how many coffees you have when we asked to read out the order.

The employees are sometimes nice but the food is awful and lately I've been paying $7 for ice....take 4 sips and thats all I get... rip off

horrible horrible customer service. I nicely went back in and asked to have my coffee remade (it was made incorrect and I was allergic to the way it was made so if I’m spending $6 on a coffee I’d like to drink it) and the manager gave me nothing but absolute attitude the whole time, and told me it’s my fault the coffee was wrong and “I’m the reason they’re now wasting product.” I’m in the service industry and this isn’t how you treat people for something so small. don’t waste your money
