Best fast food takeout, especially with the unlimited sip club. Fabulous value if you live or work near a Panera. You save more than enough and it pays for itself in a few drinks. They give better healthier food than McDonalds or Burger King, or different Subways. Much healthier options for all and about the same price if you get the $5 options or use the rewards or deals offered through the Panera app and the 1/2 price pastry with your (free) drink and sandwich. Cashier Janice was very polite. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The restaurant is clean and organized. I've had the Tuna sandwich, Mac n cheese "very creamy," Broccoli soup, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Asiago bagels, which are pretty good. I love their Agave lemonade and it's not too overly sweet. Update: I've been visiting this location quite often lately. The service has been going downhill to a point I'm not sure I'll be returning. Some of the people who work in drive thru probably should not be. I've come across some really great staff. However, the bad apples don't greet or smile. Th

ABSOLUTE disappointment and shock. I ordered a whole green goddess chicken salad through the drive thru. I was the only vehicle. Waiting 6 minutes for my salad. I get home to find the container is no exaggeration HALF EMPTY, no chicken and the avocado was brown. I was robbed of my $21. I will NEVER be giving them my business again. Shame on you.

The last two times I’ve been here, most recently today, the food is solid but dear lord the service folks are not good. The last thing I need is an attitude when I’m asking a super simple question. Hopefully get more training in soft skills.
