First time leaving a review for a fast food place. This McD’s felt like a sit-down restaurant with the exceptional customer service given by Sally. I went with my granddaughter and as soon as I walked in and asked for a high chair, Sally said for me to go ahead and sit down and she’d bring it to me. She then saw me holding my granddaughter while getting some napkins and ketchup and she offered again to get what I needed and bring it to me. Finally, my g.daughter decided she wanted water instead of juice and again Sally offered to get it and bring to us. Great service.

The Oro Valley store at 1st Ave. is probably one of the worst for order accuracy. After placing my order for two different meals with upcharged items, I waited for my order in the dining room. While I stood waiting for my order 4- orders were brought back in because of errors. Seeing all the errors, I assumed that the manager on duty was addressing the issues. I was wrong. By the time I got home, I realized that our order was completely wrong. They got the soda correct and that was all. I guess the motto now is “the customer is never right.” I ordered 2 happy meals and a couple sandwiches. I read directly from the text message my wife sent and repeated it at least once. It contained a Sprite and two sweet teas. When I got to the window the young woman gave me 3 teas. When I said one was supposed to be a Sprite I never in the world would expect to be refused. She said “I can’t change it because it’s already paid for.” To add insult to injury all the “sweet” teas were unsweetened.

Hey coming here from yelp to spread awareness of how disgusting this staff is. I was at this location on Monday the 25th, when 2 women were having a very inappropriate conversation that the entire store could hear. 1 appeared to be a manager and was serving food while the other seemed to be a drive thru worker, and had left the store around 8. They had an entire conversation for an hour straight about how “managers (name dropped) are to stupid to write anyone up so no one can get fired” and were talking about how happy they were another manager quit. Others in the lobby were discussed by this,
