Honestly the staff is amazing and nice. I think I should've communicated before even ordering. I was disappointed about that there were only kiosks in the area and not much talking to cashiers. It was easy to order from there, but i was really confused. when I gave it to the worker after 47 minutes because I thought I was supposed to wait? She told me she didn't get the order. so... I think it's because of technical difficulties. so... honestly. I blame technology on that. When I ordered again and gave it to her and gave cash, the food arrived well! I wasn't in a rush since I had my baby nephe

Routinely messes up simple menu orders from the app, with no customizations. The bar could not be lower. It's literally flipping a coin if they can put a bagel in a bag. There was no line. Pictured below is their "steak egg and cheese bagel"

Ordered my food cooked to order and they literally dropped cold fries back in the grease-burned them Same with the nuggets. The edges of my bread on my burger was rock hard like they just threw it in the microwave and had the nerve to park me like they were making my food fresh which is what they are supposed to do when you ask them to cook your food to order. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE-drive to the McDonalds on Las Vegas Blvd next to the Boulevard Mall connected to the chevron-food is ALWAYS hot and fresh

Service inside is usually fine. Drive through is incredibly slow taking up to 15 minutes at times. It's usually due to the order box saying they'll be with you and take several minutes. Then, have you pull around and wait several more minutes. Homeless inside take up tables but haven't ordered anything limiting actual customer table availability.
