Nothing against the people working there, this is all because of whoever owns this particular franchise. Location is awful. Hard to get into the parking lot, hard to get out of. If you park to go inside good luck pulling your car out to leave because of the drive through line parked behind you. If you want to come here, on any given busy night, prepare to wait an hour in the mobile and regular line. If you mobile order to pick up inside, prepare to wait on that as well for an hour or an hour and a half. Hire more people. If you can't keep employees, then maybe you're the problem. Or maybe Corp

Ordered the black beans and rice: the tiniest container comes out and isn’t even half full. There are hair particles stuck to the tray. Not one staff member acknowledge our existence. No “have a nice day” nothing. They slapped another girls food on the counter and hollered her name. I think we can step it up a little here

This place is always busy with two lines at the drive through. Sometimes we have to wait quite a while to get our food. I don't recommend going if you're in a hurry.
