I ordered a sausage and egg on a ciabatta roll for $11, and it was honestly disappointing. The sandwich had just one sausage patty cut in half and what looked like about an egg and a half—it felt pretty underwhelming for the price. I’ve been coming here for years, so this was a letdown. While the customer service has improved, the quality and portion size seem to have gone downhill. I’m not sure if there’s new ownership, but I hope they can bring things back to how they used to be.

I placed an Uber Eats order to the wrong location of this chain. When I noticed the error, I called the store to check the status of the order. I was told that the store was very busy and my order was not ready yet. I was then told to cancel in the app and place the order at the right location.
