This has been my go to breakfast spot on days I go in for work. The bagels are always fresh, the multigrain bagel is always delicious and filling. Their coffee is also decent better than other cafes nearby. The service could be a bit better, a few cashiers are slightly moody and not the friendliest to repeat customers so I just pay for my food and leave.

$17.50 for salmon lochs and cream cheese. They have me a singular slice of salmon. You’re better off only buying bagels from this place. That’s all they’re good for. I also got a bacon egg and cheese that took 20 minutes for them to make. A complete waste of money.

I've been a loyal Bagel Pub customer for years because I genuinely love the bagels and cream cheese. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my opinion of their customer service. I was given the wrong cream cheese. It looked like scallion cream cheese, so I had no reason to question it. After spreading it on my bagel, I realized it was actually tofu cream cheese. I have a dietary restriction and cannot eat tofu, so not only was the cream cheese unusable, but the entire bagel was ruined because it had already been spread on it.
