amber b★★★★★The best food we’ve ever had! A local we met at a tasting room recommended we go to Sabor & Sazon and we called immediately for a reservation that night. The corn soufflé was an amazing starter, creamy goodness. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked. The chef created a vegetarian risotto on request for me that I swear should be on the menu regularly. We finished off with a fudge flourless cake. There are plenty of great restaurants in Paso and Chef Jorge and his sons have created the best of the best! Oh my!

I called beforehand because based on what I saw online I was uncertain if they took reservations. Over the phone, I was greeted with kindness and informed that they were setting up for dinner but would be glad to serve me if I came at that time. Arrival: immediately seated and greeted by the host and server for drink orders. Alyssa was an ABSOLUTE joy and made the dining experience exceptional. I ordered the paella and shared it with a few people at our table, and we all loved it. It was perfectly cooked, packed with flavor, and both satisfying and delicious. Several of the men in our group ordered the Lomo Saltado, and wow, it was outstanding as well. Every bite was full of flavor and cooked to perfection.
