amber b★★★★★The best food we’ve ever had! A local we met at a tasting room recommended we go to Sabor & Sazon and we called immediately for a reservation that night. The corn soufflé was an amazing starter, creamy goodness. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked. The chef created a vegetarian risotto on request for me that I swear should be on the menu regularly. We finished off with a fudge flourless cake. There are plenty of great restaurants in Paso and Chef Jorge and his sons have created the best of the best! Oh my!

I called beforehand because based on what I saw online I was uncertain if they took reservations. Over the phone, I was greeted with kindness and informed that they were setting up for dinner but would be glad to serve me if I came at that time. Arrival: immediately seated and greeted by the host and server for drink orders. Alyssa was an ABSOLUTE joy and made the dining experience exceptional.
