I don’t know if they’ve just been running a skeleton crew since Covid but this Wendy’s sucks. Wendy’s anywhere else is usually my go to spot. What’s sad is that this location is right near my house. I’ve been going to the one further from my spot because my experience in general at this location just usually sucks. Only one car in front of me in the drive through. Restaurant was empty, took a min to get services when asked what I wanted didn’t verify my order just told me to pull up to last window. I ordered a 2bl baconator and what I recieved was a single. Made back home to find the wrong or

This is easily the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Prices here are noticeably higher than other locations on the island, but the quality is somehow the lowest. The food tasted old and poorly made, and the wait time was ridiculous for a fast food place. If you’re going to charge more, at least deliver better service and food; this location does neither. Definitely not worth the money or the time.

Great people and great food! But after we paid, we were told that one of the items we really wanted would take an additional 7-10 minutes to cook. Defeats the purpose of the quick get-it and go drive-thru, so a passenger had to order something they didn't really want.
