Aniston Carroll★went this morning and they couldn’t get that i had 2 mobile orders. made me drive around and wait and still didn’t get the order right. i get messing up sometimes but the staff was annoyed that they had to fix their mistakes. i ordered a sausage, EGG, and cheese croissant and got it with no egg. which this is the 3rd time they haven’t put egg on it. i went back through the drive through and the lady was mad that i asked for the egg. she then shook the food in my face to hand it back to me and never said a word. also the egg was uncooked and messy. worst wendy’s i have ever been to.
SKM★★We brought our students here on a charter bus. I gave them a heads up. They did not come to the register to take our orders for 12 minutes and seemed very uninterested in taking our orders. Orders were messed up. When asked for things to be fixed, we were met with eye rolls. Staff was quite rude with eye rolls and huffs and puffs when we asked for ketchup and materials that were noy available to get ourselves. Bathrooms smelled like they had pee on the walls and no paper towels. Will not choose this as a stopping point with students in the future.
Allison Grace Xander★Anytime I get food here, it’s always cold. The food tastes old, especially the fries. The burger buns are always stale. I’d recommend to keep driving to the Brandon location if you’re in the mood for an edible meal.
Hadie★We went to Wendy's since arbys across the street informed us they were out of the cheddar sauce for their sandwiches. We ordered and was asked to pull in the parking lot to wait. We dat for 15 minutes and when we got our food, the fries were old and cold. And we all got chicken sandwiches. There was pickles on the asiago, and that is not what goes on such. And not to mention, all was cold. We did not have any lettuce on any sandwiches. And when we called to ask what was going on, the manager informed us that we were speaking to management, and that due to the rush they had to give us old fries
