Customer service sucks here. Went in to order and was forced to use a kiosk rather than a worker helping me. Had to try the new lux box. Will definitely be my last time at this location. Order with cheese sauce didn't care for the Chipotle ranch.

The guy at the drive thru window was very nice and respectful. The cook on the other hand got an attitude because she made my order wrong and I asked them to fix it. She bitched and said she didn't make it wrong then proceeded to make it wrong a second time. The man at the window stayed respectful the whole time and the cook continued to have an attitude towards me.

5/11/2026 around 3pm Service has gone noticeably downhill over the last three to six months since management changed. The atmosphere, customer service, and overall experience are not what they used to be. There’s a newer woman working there who acts like she runs the place, yet constantly mispronounces customers’ names or repeatedly yells “WHO?” across the restaurant in a way that feels unprofessional and chaotic. Whas supposed to get a bean burrito, instead got a burrito full of onions. Taco was broken, return items to the store, no apology, cashier Lola W was actually rude. Would not recommend them to anyone!
