Order #225317683. I can't tell you how disappointed we were with Marco's today. This chain is usually our go to when we want pizza delivery. Here's the good: great sauce and crust. Ordered the Pepperoni Magnifico with mushrooms($2 add-on) 2 slices had zero mushrooms (1/4 of slices), the other slices had 1 or 2 pieces of mushrooms. Also paid extra for shaved parm don't know if we actually got this. Didn't taste like it. Also ordered boneless wings more like nuggets; the Mike's hot honey tub was crystalized as happens with old honey exposed to air. This next is petty we requested 3 plates and 6

I'll make this short and sweet. Their cheesy bread is unbeatable. They offer dine in and have well maintained facilities. The pizza was delayed by 15 minutes otherwise flawless effort

I tried to place an order through their app which I didn't have much luck with. After about 13 minutes I gave up and called the store to place my order. I ordered the large pepperoni magnifico that was on sale for 9.99 but the girl taking the order said I could only have that price if I ordered online. So I canceled my order and went to their website on my computer and ordered the pizza. I'll start by saying part of the pizza was very tasty, the part that actually had pepperoni and sauce which you can see in the picture. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life. They were taking personal phone calls and having conversations while food was sitting there getting cold and customers were waiting for it. I was seriously mind blown at how rude and disrespectful they were.
