If I had gotten 2 ounces less of meat, I would give them 3 stars. The bowl itself is not winning any awards from me, as the teriyaki sauce isn't anything spectacular, and it doesn't make the dish stand out. The chicken could have been par-boiled and finished in a pan because there is no indication that the chicken ever saw a grill. The katsu was basically flavorless, so it's largely unmentionable. All things considered however, the bowl is very filing and I have had
