We got there on a Saturday night and didn’t have reservations. Despite not having a reservation the hosts were beyond sweet and made room for us to have a drink at one of the high tops. Jennifer was extremely kind and went above and beyond with us and she wasn’t even our server. Our server that was was so sweet too. Brought us Christmas drinks and once the ppl whose reservation was the table we were sitting at showed up. They made room for us at the ledge and we had a

We did not have a reservation and only waited 10-15 minutes but I would recommend a reservation if you have a sizable party. Make sure to check out the Alfred Hitchcock themed room downstairs in the hotel lobby too!

They were just getting opened up when I stopped in and it was a little early so I didn’t stay, but the ambience and feel of it is absolutely incredible. You get a gorgeous view of the skyline along with some mountains and the wonderful architecture that is downtown Phoenix. When I was there, they were doing their miracle on the 13th floor for Christmas and the place was decorated beautifully, every square inch. I’m absolutely going to try to get back up there before the end of my stay. Do not miss it!
