I’m surrounded by many fast food restaurants, and I’ve been frequenting this one more than the others for many reasons: The food is tasty and good quality. The portions are “over-the-top” for me. The menu has excellent variety and includes a value section, great for us snackers. The prices are so good, I feel like they built coupons right into their menu. Other places, I look for coupons before going. Orders are processed very fast. The employees are pleasant and well-trained. They have gotten all my orders correct. Other fast food restaurants, I have to check that they got the order

The drive thru at night is a mess. The staff at night hate the drive thru, just walk inside and order cause they mess it up. I ordered a baconator, I got a a son of a baconator and paid full price. The staff is too occupied talking instead of working.

My boyfriend bought food yesterday through the drive through. He bought me a chicken Cesar salad which I saved to eat until tonight since I had already ate when he got home yesterday. Well surprise surprise there was someone's hair in the salad. Really gross.
