At this point I am baffled. The staff at this store has been completely turned over multiple times in the past couple years, yet corporate seems incapable of finding a GM who is intelligent enough to do something as basic as handling their pars competently. You would think that they would be a bit more inclined to make customers happy, yet here we are with another new GM who instructs his employees to skimp so he can get his little quarterly bonus. What an absolute joke of a store. Paid for double meat and got this.

Check your food if you order online. Customer support is impossible to reach and the AI, pepper, resolves nothing. The staff are careless and don't give quality or quantity. Was there 4/13. Paid $10 for a baby burrito. Then, one of our bowls was not only cold but looked like someone had dropped it. I submitted the form via the app and attempted to chat with a human. After 5 minutes with AI, I was transferred to 'Mia' who did not read what I typed and suddenly left the chat sending me back to pepper. I will not return to this location and possibly the chain. this chipotle is genuinely the slowest chipotle I’ve ever seen. How does it take you 45 minutes for a mobile order of ONE bowl then I told him my name. I asked him 20 minutes later. Is it done yet? He says what’s the name again? then they decided to start my order, 35 minutes after i initially placed it what a joke

I am writing to report a highly concerning experience I had at your restaurant. This was one of the most unhygienic and unsettling visits I’ve had at any Chipotle location. If this is the level of hygiene presented to customers, it’s troubling to imagine the conditions in chipotle‘s kitchen.
