I thought the crunch wrap supreme was supposed to have beef in it? Also, ordered a diet soda and was given regular. It wasn't a complex order. Taco Bell has fallen off a cliff.

I’ve eaten in Taco Bells across the country from one coast to the other and everywhere in between and this is the best one. The restaurant was clean, the staff courteous, the self serve area was spotless. I don’t know if it’s always like this but these guys deserve a raise

Just bought a Chicken Cartina Bowl and they forgot to add the chicken… $8.99 for lettuce, rice, beans, and a little cheese… ufff. First time trying Taco Bell in years and I’m reminded why I stopped going lol.

I normally get a cheesy bean and rise burrito. I haven't had taco bell in a hot minute and was excited to get my norm. Only to get it sized down to basically a taco size. It was so flat! Practically nothing in it! I was so disappointed. I used to not be able to finish the whole thing because of how well packed the burrito was. But i ate the whole thing this time because there was practically nothing it it! I dont know if budget prices changed or what, but please bring it back to being a normal stuffed sized.
